Deluxe Ambulance Service is a Registered Limited liability company, founded in 1968 with the historic role of providing an efficient pre-hospital service to the Kingston & St. Andrew Metropolitan region and St. Catherine. Since then the service has expanded to providing island wide coverage. This has been made more possible by the establishing of a new Response Base in Mandeville in April 2001 to serve the western and central region of the Island

Our team is led by our Medical Director, Dr. R. A. Riley MBBS., D.G.O, a private medical practitioner who is also the company’s Founder and CEO. He is assisted by Mrs. E. M. Riley RN and Midwife, who has had extensive nursing experience in Jamaica, New York, and Florida, and brings a nurse's care and concern to the service.
Our Mandeville team is supervised by our Regional Director Mr. Winston Ricketts BSc. MBA, who brings to the service tremendous expertise in business administration and organizational leadership. .
Our Mandeville Response Base is presently undergoing restructuring and all calls are taken from Kingston.
Our service team consists of specially trained emergency drivers and EMTs who have completed courses up to at least the EMT Basic, and some of whom are internationally certified. We engage in continuous training for all our personnel including all Directors as part of ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Our CEO, Nursing director and Regional director are all certified by the American Heart Association as Advanced Cardiac Life Support providers, and are involved in the day to day operations of the service.
Deluxe Ambulance Service Co. Ltd. has for many years been the only privately owned Ambulance Service in Jamaica. We have been carriers for all private hospitals in Kingston and St Andrew. Our company has also served companies in both the public and the private sectors as well as providing emergency medical services to the general public. Operations in corporations have mainly been for standby on a contractual basis.

We have tremendous wealth of experience in handling emergency cases for the past thirty-six years. We have a good mix of trained medical, para-medical and management experts that guarantee our ability to handle organizational or medical issues.
Our offices are strategically placed to make the best use of the geography between Kingston and Mandeville, thus we are able to provide very quick mutual aid in this region, should the need arise.

• The public in emergency and non-emergency transfers.
• Hospitals and Nursing Homes.
• Individual companies. We have over the years been on call for several large Companies.
• Ground transportation for Air Ambulance link-up.
• Pre-arranged transport to and from Clinics, Treatment Facilities and Laboratories.
• Stand-by at Public Events. E.g. Foot ball matches, Road Races, Various Functions- such as Drama occasions, Graduations etc.
